Thanks for preserving that. It was sad to see the video taken off youtube, and I think it might come in handy for years to come.

So they said a guy did't feel good. Its not like it was something big Like Tebow hanging out at bars with Hernandez while he commits a felony and then tells the cop - I wasn't here. Then paying the guy off to go away. All documented on Police report that was buried.
Nothing in the way of felonious behavior.

Manziel character > Tebow character clearly.

No one is accusing Manziel of a crime or even a suspension-worthy offense. Just blatant immaturity and disrespect. You can stop the insane defense efforts.

What I find the most amusing is that this all happened in Thibodaux, whatever "this" mite be. I went to Nicholls & raised my family in Thibodaux, so I know the city. And recommend it to anyone who wants to raise a young family in an almost 1950's environment ( my son likened it to Happy Days). But Thibodaux is not Manhattan or South Beach. So if he did in fact get hammered, he really had to work at it. And it is small town USA, so word will get around as to what exactly happened. I used to like the kid, but he's building a resume that looks all too familar in today's sports world & appears to be going down the path that too many have taken on their way to the NFL...and then to wearing orange jump suits.

In all seriousness - yea he shouldn't have missed the deal. He is making college mistakes. On the A&M board some are livid - some suggested he made enemies with the Mannings that will hurt him in NFL draft - all kinds of crap.
This was my post on the A&M board:
Right - and the Honey Badger will never get drafted now - and Michael Vick will never play again.
Guys - JFF is far from perfect - but we are dealing with a machine on the football field that plays with more emotion than any player I have ever seen. This engine driving this phenom is a result of this defiant personality. You have to take both. The things he is doing wrong are college mistakes.
The Manning's are not going to try and ruin JFF - and not showing up for a camp will not be what scouts are talking about in Indy at the Combine.
The only thing I worry about is that he is keeping his body right. I know youngsters can go out and bounce back. They all do. Always have always will - so let's hope he is doing just that.
IF his body and mind can play on Saturday I am willing to give a lot of leeway. That off field cockiness and arrogance is what he feeds off on the field. That is how he is. You can't turn it off. That is JFF DNA - always on.
I am supporting A&M QB1 100%
