Typical response. All I'm saying is the past bowl record doesn't mean shite when it comes to the BCSNCG.
Ours is 2-0, that is better than yours. you don't know shite.

you need to learn what a liability is and what rarely means. you seem to be confused on what these words mean.

Bama fans can't even remember a month and 1/2 ago. I guess saban getting desperate and choking are two different things. How bout that AU game last year, giving up that lead should be the definition of choking.
I love when people talk about how much each other's coaches suck. Clearly two coaches with national championships to their credit suck. fricking idiots.

He went into a shell and tried to sit on the lead. He made a huge mistake doing that. Once again, I'm not saying Saban is perfect because he is not. What I'm saying is Les has not became the Lonbardi of college football the past year either.

Should have asked which we thought was the better cover corner.
Well, one does not need to be the BEST to be excellent.
Patrick Willis or Ray Lewis. You tell me which is better and if the other one is a "liability".

hanks did get away a few times but that was also his first game back from a suspension. I think that played apart in his not great game by his standards.
he has done fine in coverage the rest of the year.
also even the best corners get beat from time to time so one game doesn't worry me

This thread is basically the equivalent of 2 porn stars arguing about who's dick is bigger...

Makes sense. I'm not saying he is bad. Great player. Even better playmaker

I'm pretty sure I won't be taking any English lessons from you.

Although the term "liability" doesn't necessarily imply that something is terrible, I suppose it might carry too many negative connotations to use on a website full of touchy LSU fans. Let's just call him your "weakest link in coverage."

Please don't take it as me saying Saban sucks. He is most likely my favorite coach. I was just stating that, like Miles, Saban has blown games in the past. So when bama fans say they can't wait for Miles to "choke" again, i am just repling that i can't wait for Saban to choke again.

Can we drop the liability talk? I just wanted to voice that I thought Claiborne and Reid were better cover corners and fit better in Chavis' scheme as a whole. If there's ever a blown assignment for a long pass against this LSU defense (Big if, I might add) I'm sure it wouldn't be entirely shouldered by TM7, but by the same token, I'd be willing to bet there's a better chance of him being the one to give up said play than the others. Not because he's lazy, slow, or too inattentive, but maybe because he'd just get beaten on the play as we've seen before.

Yes, its our fault you don't know what words to use.

It should be "which words to use."

Reid is a Safety. Not giving you grief. Just informing

Probably. because Claiborne is like Revis. QBs only throw to him if he slips down (which he does too often

BTW, I apologize for calling Les an arse clown. I just get aggrivated at times. He's not a bad coach.

Another thing: Why isn't Brandon Taylor talked about more? He's been as impressive as any of the defensive backs you guys have had lately.

No harm, no foul.
Two excellent teams will play one another. I look forward to it. It is more fun looking toward a game with a little trepidation. I am glad it will be a battle and that it is not a gimme

because he is not as flashy. he is steady and is the signal caller. But, he just quietly does a terrific job without a lot of flash. There is a lot of "flash" from his teammates. he gets overshadowed. I agree that he is a HUGE part of the success of the team.
