David Greene and David Pollack...those dudes were wastes of space.

Chris Todd, completely understand. Noodle armed as they come.
Seriously?
Yeah, you're a dumbass. Todd gave it everything he had. And did as well as he could under the circumstances he was thrown into. Still beat out Tubby's and Borges' golden childs (Kodi, Neil).

Please go back and watch the Outback bowl. Every single Ben Tate TD was set up by Trott blocking downfield. While he sucked as a receiving TE, he was one of the best downfield blockers I've ever seen.

Gerald Dixon or Herschel Bolden

Trott sucked arse dude. Do you feel like you have to defend every AU player just because they played for AU? Todd and Trott were pretty horrendous

Are you saying Lutz can't block?

I know you're only 17 or what not, but Trott definitely did his part blocking downfield.
Are you going to tell me that Kodi was a waste now as well?

Yeah, that's exactly what I said. Giving Trott props for being an extra tackle on the outside and knowing he was never getting the ball but sacrificing himself to set up other players, obviously means I was dissing Lutz.

I wasn't dissing Trott. All I said is Lutz is better.

As of right now, Trott was a better downfield blocker than Lutz.
Is he better than Lutz? I don't think so. But the statement I made had nothing to do with overall talent.

I don't like him personally though because when I met him he was an a-hole.

mine was. Trott was a hell of blocker but everyone watches the ball and he had a hard time bringing it down. That's why he gets the bad rep.

Do not disagree with any of the above.

I'm usually pretty forgiving of players, so this is a really hard list for me to make. In addition, my criteria is this...players who were good enough to receive significant playing time or had significant potential, but either blew it with terrible mistakes/inconsistent performance/not living up to hype.
I defended Casey Dick until the end, but I was not disappointed when he left (though I'm glad that he went out with the game winning TD pass against LSU).
Robert Johnson was all heart and was productive when switched to a wideout, but the guy could only do well in practice.
Ray Dominguez was a false start machine, but is a very nice guy in person.
I feel like this could apply to a large amount of our secondary during the Petrino era. A lot of potential or Nutt holdovers who just couldn't always perform. The last time we had a decent secondary was when we had Chris Houston, Michael Grant, Randy Kelly, and Michael Coe/Matteral Richardson.

John Parker Wilson
He's not a bad guy, but he should never have been a multi-year starter in the SEC. He lost more games (and yes, I mean he single-handedly LOST more games by scoring more points for opponents than the margin of defeat through int's returned for touchdowns, fumbles returned for touchdowns, turnovers inside his own ten that resulted in touchdowns, etc.) than any quarterback in the history of college football.
