I think this yrs D may be better than last year's.

Not so fast. Tennessee hit a few long plays versus Alabama and scored 10. If Mettenberger plays his A game versus Alabama, then the Tide defense will be brought down to Earth just like they were versus Texas A&M and Georgia last season.

Someone scores 10 and all the sudden our D isn't good?

You haven't played a good offense since A&M.

Considering LSU, Auburn and Missouri should all be in the top 10 in offensive yards and all 3 are top 30 in points scored, you are a fricking moron

Upvote. Alabama probably has the best defense in the SEC, but they had a few issues in the secondary today. LSU's offense has been inconsistent the past 3 games, but they've still got potential.

Don't you kind of have a feeling that this year's Saban bowl will break a few traditions?

The tradition of the regular season game being close, the tradition of Saban team's struggling after a bye week, the tradition of LSU playing their best game of the season versus Alabama, etc.

There are plenty of traditions at stake. Miles has never lost a double revenge game. Saban has lost his most important home game the past 3 seasons.

If our D is bad the rest of the SEC is Sun Belt.
