Pig Trail Nation?

Is that a euphemism for a snot covered sleeve?

The "pig trail" is a windy road through the Ozarks that used to be the only way to get to Fayetteville from the interstate.

They must produce those on Sunday as they are usually out on Monday after the weekend games, so someone is staying up late writing scripts.

No, they don’t. Maybe the ones that air on TV but their Youtube channel vids end with a very brief commercial for their sponsor (usually Renaissance bank).

They talk about it in the video. They wake up early Sunday, come up with the idea, write the script, find the actors, and shoot the short. Everything happens on Sunday.
