Is that like the death blow to the Tennessee football program? Apparently Saban asked him for feedback re: HUNH

Are Bama QBs gonna start audibling at the line of scrimmage, or is Saban consulting with him from a defensive perspective?

Good question. Dunno. I thought from a defensive scheme standpoint at first, but he did say he wanted to start doing it as well until he went the rule change route.

They're not gonna win a Super Bowl with Peyton Manning at QB unless they face off against Rex Grossman again.

From the reports I read, it sound like Peyton went to Saban so that HE (Peyton) could learn something.

I am sure Saban is looking at how to speed up their O at times and maintain their pro style sets.

Manning is a fricking boss when it comes to the game of football. He would make a hell of a coach should he ever decide to do that.

Has Butch Jones lost control of Peyton Manning?

I'm really interested to see Bama's offense next year especially if this is true. The last few years they've been like watching paint dry, I'm kinda intrigued by Saban's attempts at a new look

Maybe it can't be true because everyone knows Saban wouldn't want to be gimmicky.

You obviously don't remember the offenses of Gene Stallings or the 2006 Alabama Crimson Tide offense.

Alabama has been among the Top 4 scoring offenses in the conference each year since 2009.

It'd be kinda fun to be in that style of offense. Forget the cards on the sideline, and let the players communicate amongst themselves as to the play they would like to run.

Nah. There's no doubting Peyton's loyalty to UT. Other players I might get a little nervous but not worried about Peyton in the least.

Saban is always looking for ways to improve... This is what makes him a great coach....
