I fail to see how this is such a lopsided bet. Ocean has nearly 30k posts on all other TD boards. Its not like he is putting up nothing. He loses the places he put up 30k post, and the auburn fan loses the place he put up however many posts. Seems fair to me

I can see the other side of it, too. Even though the Aubies post on the TD boards, most of their time is spent here. The satisfaction of winning a bet like this is greater when the absence of a regular poster is evident. The Aubies and TheOcean probably don't come in contact with each other except for a MSB thread every now and then.
