It should be a personal choice whether you take a covid shot or not. Do your own research and make a decision. Either way, if you believe the shot works, you are protected from the people that chose not to take it.

I’m not your google machine. Natural immunity lasts at least 6 months and almost a year in most cases. You can get the virus and pass it on right after your second dose of (checks notes) 32% effective vaccine.

Do you even know what that nasal swab test is called, sparky? (Hint: It's ain't called the nasal swab test.)
Again, read up on it and then get back to me on why that is perhaps the WORST test that caused more false positives than anything else.

I think they did it with altruistic motives.
But if you're testing healthy 18-22 year old ball players, that have a virus they can't feel, that won't hurt other 18-22 year old ball players ?
That's the lesson every other football team is learning. Basketball teams - because they are more freaked out about this due to their particular leanings - will continue to isolate.
Football, after this, will only test if you're sick. Because the 'Rona, if you can't feel it, is just the modern HPV.
50% of GEN X has HPV. And don't care. Because it doesn't change a damn thing.

My kid is 18 and she had a terrible 5 days of misery.
Same age, good shape, vaxx'd but no booster- just like most player's.

I am not saying your child imagined that shite. When I had it - felt like a shitty flu, for seven days. I, of course, made it worse by going "all in" on pumping up my fever and such, thinking I would get over it quickly.
Yet - Slack - its apparent that the Omicron is milder. A&M only found out that half their ball players have it because they checked. Not because they feel bad. They are - "asymptomatic".
And if a test group - 18/22 year old healthy frickers engaging in physical activity - don't feel the virus ? Why do we care if they knock heads ?
More of those kids will have long term joint pain - precisely from playing college football - than those who have long term Covid injury. None of them will have any lasting Covid injuries.
