We still hung that SEC championship banner. How’d the Tide finish?

It’s always fans of the mediocre football programs like Arkansas, Aggy and Tennessee that talk the most shite

Arkansas doing the least with the players they have and fans should be disappointed. Maybe Musselman isn’t as great has everyone thought he was
5* Nick Smith (Injured)
5* Anthony Black
5* Jordan Walsh
4* Devonte Davis
4* Jaylin Williams
4* Derrian Ford
4* Barry Dunning
4* Joseph Pinion
4* Rickey Council
4* Trevon Brazile (Injured)

A few teams doing the most with what they have
MState 0 4*’s

Mizzou
Coach Gates is doing better than any fan thought he would
4* Aidan Shaw
4* Isiah Mosley might be the best player, but has only played a few minutes this season. Maybe out the rest of the season. Averaged 19.8 ppg his Sophomore year and 20.4 ppg his junior year

Georgia
White is doing a good job his 1st year with just 1 4* Jabri Abdur-Rahim.

Really? We need to be playing him instead of him being in the pros this year.

My bad. You are probably right only having 2 5*’s and 5 4*’s isn’t enough to be ranked in the top 25.

Arkansas is built and have the talent to be a sweet 16 or a elite 8 team, but playing like a bubble team that has lost 4 games to unranked teams. Is it the player’s the coach or a little of both?

Mizzou, MSU, and Georgia are built and have the talent to be in the NIT, but are now bubble teams. Arkansas should be a 3 or 4 seed even with Smith and Brazile out.

Crazy that beating Mizzou at home by 6 is your best win of the season. If we beat Arkansas this week it won’t be in our top 2 maybe 3. If Arkansas beat’s Mizzou it’s just a game they are favored and should win.

With all our players in tact I expected us to take a while to discover the team’s identity and gel but expected a very fun team to watch. The loss of Brazile for the season and Smith for who knows how long have put everything on reset.

Now we are left with playing defense and trying to score in the lane, plus free throws which we suck at right now.

If Muss gets us to the dance the way this team is looking it will be his biggest accomplishment here for him. IMO.

Quit pretending Arkansas is the only team that has to deal with injuries and make coaching adjustments

Muss said this team was his biggest challenge.

If he can't get this team to play together with pride then this will be an awful season.

Mizzou making the tournament is great accomplishment and a great coaching accomplishment.

Arkansas team isn’t gelling and they should be this late in the season. Smith hasn’t played and Brazile has only played 8 full games.

Musselman is a good coach, but I don’t think he is as good as Hawg fans think he is. This year there is no excuse for them to lose to teams like Mizzou, Vandy, LSU, SC, Miss, or MState.

It sucks that Brazile and Smith are out for the conference and Arkansas fans. Even without them Arkansas is still talented enough to be a top 20 team. If they don’t make the tournament or only win 7 or 8 more games it would be a disappointing season.

The next 5 conference games Arkansas should beat Mizzou by 10, Ole Miss at home by 25, LSU at home by 25, A&M at home by 15, and SC by 15. The last 8 games you have UK, A&M, UT, and Bama on the road. That’s a tough stretch and going 0-4 would be disappointing, 1-3 is ok, and 2-2 would be good.

Winning 9 more conference games this season probably gets the Hawgs in the tournament. Beating Mizzou twice, UGA, and A&M twice should be enough. For the out of conference resume beating top 20 Baylor on the road would be a good win, but it’s not a bad loss.

Right now losing to 10-8 Creighton with Brazile is probably the worse loss of the season.

None of these freshmen maybe besides Nick Smith don't have enough time to develop into good players yet.

When they play against better developed, more mature and experienced players then the results now shouldn't be a surprise.

They have potential which is long term but now just by skill they are bad players that are adjusting to far greater competition than it was in high school.

If Walsh stays he is going to be really good the next few years. Walsh is fun to watch.

Smith, Davis, Black, Brazile, Council, Walsh, Pinion, and 2 freshman 5* players equal top 5 team next year.

The Mitchell brothers have an extra year and couple 4 star players on the bench that could stay.
