I have really enjoyed the times that I have hung out with Auburn, LSU, and UT fans.
I've only had a bad experience with a group of Arkansas fans...before the 2002 SEC Championship game, had an Arkansas fan come up to us in the restaraunt, sit himself down at our table and tell us how bad we were going to get beat and that we shouldn't even go to the game...he was drunk of course (not an indictment on all Arky fans, just this one asshat).
Never interacted much with any other fans, in person anyway.

I've had zero problems at any away game I've ever been too. Most fun has been LSU and their fans though

It really comes down (for me) to what time of the year it is.
Around New Years after another SEC dominant bowl season? Any of them. It's fun to laugh at the other conferences.
Spring/Recruiting? Ehh...probably UGA or State fans since we won't really be fighting for the same recruits.
Summer? Any SEC fan is good to talk to, especially to kill some time until...
Fall? frick all y'all. GEAUX TIGERS!

Not Bama, I have never met a hard core Bama fan who had the IQ of a roofing tack, and definately not as sharp. Have several Auburn friends who can put it down and enjoy themselves, life isn't all football, Gumps will argue that point.

when mississippi state fans aren't throwing drinks they are pretty fun to talk to
