Dang. ..What does State's flag liners look like? In high school all the Boom-bobbas were on the flag line.

Good school with good rep so he probably laughed all the way to the bank.
Yep, he did, still is, but still a meanie.

Was he there before GT left the SEC, you never did say?
Yes, he was there in the late 50s to early 60s. He graduated right before they left the SEC.

So back when they had a good football team.
Wonder why he was so mean?
Did he ever get married?
Usually the mean ones have the really sweet wives.

Yeah, and all male cheerleaders. He loved football, but was always too small to play, so he did the next best thing & became a cheerleader.

Extremely competitive, driven, & controlling might be a better description. I really think his size had something to do with it as well.

Oh yes, & still is married to a very submissive wife. Sometimes that can be confused with "nice."

That time frame should put him in his 70's with kids in their 50's.
He was there at a good time to be there. Harder to get in now than it was then. GT and UC were the only early engineering schools that had co-op are a degree requirement. Good way to learn with practical experience before you graduated.

Yes, he's in his 70s, but his children aren't 50. He got married later & didn't have children until he was older.
He went to GT on a scholarship. He did work while attending, then followed in my grandfather's footsteps & had a career managing chemical plants & a couple of other manufacturing complexes.

Her daddy must donate some serious cheese to get that porker on a cheer squad even if it is moo state. I wonder how many tony robins seminars she's attended to work up the nerve to stretch out that uniform.

Did your GF go to GT too? That would have made your uncle a legacy. My uncle was a chemical engineer as well but funny as hell and always had a twinkle in his eye. He was kinda short too.
