Everybody else is trying to get there, but these three are legit.

Next year will be interesting - good luck to all.

LSU is on the verge, but Orgeron might keep them out of the top group. It is a matter of time before Florida gets back to the table. It might be harder for Tennessee, but who knows? If Pruitt works out....it would be nice to get the Big 6 back to the top.

If UT improves watch the Gumps lobby to trade them for Vandy as a permanent opponent. You know, because of the long and storied Alabama/Vandy rivalry. :rolleyes;

Bama wasn’t even close to full strength.

LSU will not stay down if winning 9 games is considered “down”. The state of Louisiana spits out too much elite talent. A&M is a sleeping giant as well. Florida will be back. Tennessee will not stay down. All these runs are cyclical.

By the look of things... it feels like we are entering an era in which these 3 programs are set to dominate the league. Florida and Tennessee have new coaches... LSU is in turmoil. Things are setting up pretty well for Alabama, Georgia, and Auburn to be the premiere programs in the league for the foreseeable future.

Here are the 3 teams schedules next season up through November 3:

AUBURN
Washington (in ATL)
Alabama St.
LSU
Arkansas
Southern Miss
at Mississippi St.
Tennessee
at Ole Miss
Texas A&M

**With LSU, Arky, Tennessee, and Texas A&M all coming to Jordan-Hare, things look pretty favorable. Washington will be a virtual home game for AU since its in Atlanta. The only true road games until November are at Mississippi State and at Ole Miss. Washington and Mississippi State will likely the their toughest games, but Auburn should be favored to start 9-0 before heading into Athens.

GEORGIA
Austin Peay
at South Carolina
MTSU
at Missouri
Tennessee
Vanderbilt
at LSU
Florida (in JAX)
at Kentucky

**There are several games that could be sand traps, and most of the tough ones are all away from Athens. But again, Georgia should be favored in each of these games.

ALABAMA
Louisville (in ORL)
Arkansas State
at Ole Miss
Texas A&M
UL-Lafayette
at Arkansas
Missouri
at Tennessee
at LSU

**Bama should be a 10-point or more favorite in each of these games.

Barring upsets, Alabama, Georgia, and Auburn could all very well be ranked in the Top 5 by the time November 10 rolls around and Auburn comes to Athens. Will make for another epic close to the SEC season.

Hopefully. Georgia fans are so insufferable, it's almost on LSU level.

Also we return 18 starters so hopefully we'll make a good jump too.

You forgot that Auburn loses every A&M game at Jordan-hare, and vice versa

Auzach91 made me decide not to take a swipe at Auburn.

As far as i know you had one injured player going into the game. Kerryon.

more than that, but we also lost two of our top d guys fairly early

That had absolutely nothing to do with any of your injuries, whether they were injuries entering the game or incurred during the game.

thats being disingenuous

We can give you an automatic win in that game if you want to take an automatic loss against LSU since A&M can't beat LSU anywhere. Or do you think we should see how the games play out?

Auburn is good as anybody when they do their magic act and their defense is full strength. You have to include them at the big boy table. I understand their loss to UCF - been there.

We happily accept playing all 3 next year. Do what you will to the O-tard, please. But of course I want us to win anyway. Ah, so conflicted. Not really. Win. But please fire O.

Damn a reasonable answer from a Bama fan, respect.

7su - you know how kids will come up to the adult table and talk and interrupt the adults. The adults try to ignore the kid, but his persistence is too much. Well, you are kinda like the kid. Win the west and we will let you sit at the table until then you are just annoying.

If UF doesn't have a dozen players suspended and almost as many injured they will bounce back. UT has more work to do as they have for years.
