Well no sh!t. And LSU will be soon..........very soon. Everyone sees the writing on the wall.
Oh well.
The difference is though that we don't have to worry about losing our historic rivalry with Alabama.

It is really simple. Gather everyone up and take a vote. All those in favor of having a fair method for scheduling games step to the left. All those in favor of having a an unfair scheduling system (with regards to toughness, not having teams get less chance to play in the better stadiums etc) step to the right.
Your choice is simple... fair or unfair.

Lsu gladly did that in 2011 and got rewarded with yet another sec team in the national title game.
The schedule becomes an issue when it is not balanced for every team. When an eastern team has to play both Lsu and Bama then their chances of winning the East are greatly reduced compared to an eastern team getting two of the weaker western teams (not naming teams due to butthurt that will ensue)
Same holds true for the western teams.
No one thought that Tenn would ever drop to this level. Hopefully they will rebound and be back as one of the top 3. But for now SC has replaced Tenn

Notice how this cross division scheduling works. The only two times bama has faced two of the top three from the east in the same season st nick has finished
FOURTH and FIFTH
in the west.
LSU in that same timeframe faced two of top three from the east THREE times and finished as low as
third only once.
The other two times the tigers finished second in the west.

Rise - your post is my very point. LSU is the one playing the big Dogs. Bama actually VOTES not to.
The pussy is not with the Tigers. We bleed, play the best and win or lose. Bama votes to play a weak schedule. that is FACT. Thats my point. You cant acuse the warriors of being butt hurt when the champions actively and strategically avoid the battles.
Re think - then vote.

Holy frick. One more thread about scheduling and I'm going to lose it. We are always going to be the ones who are 'butthurt' and bitching about it doesn't help our case people. It is what it is and there's not much us fans can do about it

As a fan of college football, I'm counting the days until the Alabama Kentucky game. Still holding out hope it will be the CBS prime time game.
