That's the attitude everyone should have, and what I'm advocating in this thread. Accept it and dwi like you have done rather than boohooing

What I'm not for is setting up the rest of the conference schedule just to protect the Bama-Tenn and Auburn-Georgia games.

I'm also a fan of the SEC, I understand tradition but I don't want these protected. The SEC has changed (SoCar, Ark, Mizzou & A&M) and will likely change again.

I can't say that the schedule has been made to punish LSU but I can say that it's been made to protect these two games.

UT hasn't won a conference title since 1998 - 15 years ago.

They still have the second most SEC championships (tied with UGA at 5) of any team in the East not named UF. And UT played in the SECCG within the last 10 years in 2004 & 2007. So it's not like they have stunk during the SECCG era.

SC in 09-10
UF in 10-11

The way the schedule works is eventually you're going to get the cream puffs. If you asked someone in BR though its Kentucky, Vandy, and Ut on bama's schedule every year. Always has been and always will be. It's paranoia
LSU has played the two best programs in the East (Florida & Georgia) more than twice as many times as Alabama has through the last decade. 17 and 8 times, respectively. That's not paranoia.

Yeah but we've played for three since then.

Yeah, so here's what today's players remember about Tennessee championships:

Awesomeness.

...Meanwhile LSU still has the best win% in the SECCG.

You would be incorrect, and you are also including SEC championship games

Since 2002 Arkansas has lost in the SECCG just as much as UT. That doesn't mean Arkansas is some great team.

Its gonna take at least 6 years from today for the heartbroken LSU fans to be able to step back and look at this time period from a far, before they can get past their paranoia.

Heartbroken LSU fan "Hey guys, come on, this has got to be the worst luck ever, with the mulligan game, the screen pass, the toughy schedule, Clemson, I gotta bitch somewhere, let it be the rant."

Every time I get on the rant, I start to feel a little more sorry for these guys. Not trolling, just sympathizing.

WTF are you talking about? You must be new to the SEC. LSU fans will have all kinds of new shite to bitch about in 6 years.

Get real, man.

The LSU number is correct. Including SEC championships, Alabama has played Florida and Georgia 10 times over the past decade.

Those extra two games were the 2 SEC championships Alabama has played in.

Bitching about it on the rant isn't going to change it, right? Some of you should have more pride and want to beat the best to prove your mettle.

Again its about playing other teams. I hate gainesville, id rather go to athens or columbia more than once every 12 years. UF could be the worst team in the sec and id still want them off our perma schedule. they are not our rivals. We have more of a rivalry with TAMU that just joined the sec.

You are just spouting bullshite now. the schedule has favored bama. Period end of story. I could care less, I just want to rotate the teams like every fricking conference and the nfl does. Why cant the sec do this?

The biggest problem is the rotation wasnt kept with expansion. The SEC could have easily kept the roatation going but decided not to.

Give me UGA and SC next year for all i care. Then UGA and UT, Then UT and mizzou, i really could care less who we play and how good they are. Just get rid of the perma rivals or shove uga aub bama and ut in one division.
