They have subpoena power now that a lawsuit has been filed. Spyre can move to quash the subpoena if they are served with one but the court will have to rule on it.

Does Fratelli's have an actual bar you can sit at, or is it table service only? And are there any happy hour specials? I was down at Philanthropy today. And what do you know about that weird auto parts shop that just sprung up between Fratelli's and the Montessori School next door? Also I heard they are building a Margaritaville across the street. They need to put another traffic light there.
