7.

He has taken us to new heights that we hadn't experienced in 20+ years. Won our first ever division championship in year 2. Finally won an SEC title. Finally made a BCS game. Has recruited well, put together many top 10 finishes, and has competed for national titles.

The main (there are many things that I won't dig deep into here, so I'll just stay broad) things that keep him from getting a higher grade are 1)lack of a national title and 2)a few pretty bad years.

I don't see how it's possible to rate him a 6 or lower though.

B+ for Bobert.

Increased wins year over year during tenure. 2-1 Bowl record. 1 BCS appearrance. Great offense.

But... 0 SECW crowns. Defense isn't a solid product and for a man who knows football inside and out, for that to still be the talking point re: Hogs and an SECT is maddening.

I know I'm a huge homer, but seriously, 3.5.

He's also owned GT and Auburn.

7-4. Not sure 'owned' would be the correct terminology for 63% win percentage.

If so, Auburn owed the NCAA last year.

Still, that 7-4 number doesn't sit well with me.

Saban's 10.5 screws up the scale for everyone. Skeptics will reference one SECC but everyone knows Alabama targets NCs and anything else pretty much sucks for them.

FWIW, I think Miles is about right at 9, unless he gets sympathy points for Katrina.

Before Richt we had gone 2-3 against AU in the previous 5 years and in the past 10 it was 3-6-1 (if memory serves), so that's a pretty good turnaround.

We lost 3 in a row to GT before him, now we've gone 10-1 including 7 straight. We lost 9 in a row to UT in the 90s, since Richt has been here we're 7-4. Not to mention, that from 1980-2000, we didn't win a single game in Knoxville. Since Richt has been here we've won there 4 times.

A lot of it depends on what he is wearing. The leather Jacket a 8.7122378555. If he is wearing the bad wallpaper shirt it's a 8.111132323111.

Now when he is standing next to the Super porn star BVG it is a 9.88889991.
