Another fun fact. Texas lost game 0, and 0/23 teams have done that and went on to win a natty

What does this even mean? Game 0? Seriously? Is it supposed to bother me that we got unlucky last night? It’s baseball. It happens. It wasn’t a mental mistake. It wasn’t anything. Bad luck happens all the time. It wasn’t our night and it wasn’t our year.
Hopefully you will fall out of your stupid tree one day. Until then, i will pray for you.

When you’re on this site, you should keep in the back of your mind that half the people on this site are immature and will insult people or teams using dubious facts or outright falsehoods. The other half are idiots — either real idiots with low IQs, or idiots for frequenting a board with immature aholes and really stupid people.

No realistic Texas fan had us making it out of regionals, and after February, I think most thought we'd miss regionals outright. I guess the posters on this site hold Texas baseball to a pretty high standard, so that's nice to see

I want to say USC also did it losing game 1 in 1998. The 3peat LSU let get away. :-(

Yes, but the regional format was different in 1998, so I don’t feel like it’s as good of a comparison.
It’s just a stat, and stats can always change.
It’s pretty funny the championship game was 21-14 USC. Truly the gorilla ball era..
