Wish we had a channel we could watch that would piece together and show all of the TV games from the beginning of the season through the bowl games for each year.

Having played in the 80s, I shudder to think of the equipment they were using in the year I was born.

I played in the late 70s. Helmet technology had taken a nice leap just before me. Before that, the hard shell helmets were little more than that - just a shell with a web inside.
