Auburn did a few extra things other than hiring an Iowa State coach, and we should be doing the same.

It'll be Leach
No it won't. Hiring Leach is hiring Nutt all over again. Burnt out head case looking to coach a couple years before fading off into the sunset.
I needs to a up and coming coach, a la Muschamp, Dooley, Holtz, Merlin, etc

Leach=\=Nutt at all. Leach isn't burnt out. Not the same kind of crazy either. I wasn't really pro Leach until I read his book and assuming it isn't total bs OM would be lucky to have him

Malzahn would be my first choice. I think he's "all in" at Auburn, but it's worth a shot. In light of that, I hope he stays put.
I could see Mike Leach having a lot of success at Ole Miss (if he hired a decent defensive coordinator). One thing for sure...he is one calculating dude who hates to lose. If excuses are made, it will be along the lines of "fat girlfriends", etc. He is hard headed but in a good way. I like the guy.
Also, I truly believe he cares a lot about his players.

Tim Brando says you're all crazy. Nutt is doing a fine job. In fact, Arkansas made a terrible mistake getting rid of Nutt.

His daughter goes to Ole Miss, maybe she has some kind of connection with Nutt that keeps Tim on his dick.

One of these:
Stoops (DC) from FSU
Venables (DC) from Oklahoma
Malzahn (OC) from Auburn
Smart (DC)3 from Alabama

$10 on kindle. It's a good read.

Leach puts out an "IDGAF" attitude that turns a lot of people off. Add the fact that the dude has been chilling in Key West for the past couple of years doesn't help.
A young guy is not likely to just say frick It when shite starts to go wrong (with Merlin being the exception obviously), Leach is more likely to pull a Nutt ms put it on cruise control after going 7-5. Do you think Dooley or Holtz is going to not give a frick after 7-5?
