Ash was awful last year, but he looks like he has improved drastically so far this year. He's 2nd in the nation in QB rating behind Geno Smith. If he was a terrible QB he wouldn't be putting up the numbers he has been.

Ash isn't a TERRIBLE quarterback, but he is an average one. The offense isn't based around him, but rather the running backs. Look at his stats last year once they lost Whitaker, Bergeron and Brown to injury.
