I dont understand how this is any different than any other time. I have been to 2 egg bowls in oxford and have never heard a cowbell there

Yeah they would sentence guys that did that violence to 10 years in priso but then judge would suspend the sentence thus making it clear not anything has changed in Oxford, MS since 1968.
