They smell blood in the water with Nike’s stock tanking and not spending as much on their current rosters. So they’re spending a little more to get some “bigger” brands to abandon Nike and hopefully take over the market in the next 5-10 years.

It should tell you where the companies are on their financial outlooks with us getting more money from Adidas than Miami does from Nike

Your school spent $50 million on their roster this year just to lose to Ole Miss.

Maybe Nike smells blood in the water. Which brand do you want more the next decade. Nike at Miami. or Nike at Ole Miss. Nike just trimming the fat before OM returns to OM status.

They’re paying us $20 million a year including $10 million a year to our NIL chest. That’s more than double what Nike was offering. How is that going to ruin anything?

Well we have multiple elite Nike nil guys. So Nike is contributing more than what he main deal is with the school
