Adidas has been making moves in college football ball recently, specifically in guaranteed NIL contributions. They will be contributing up to $10m annually to Ole Miss' NIL pool, very similarly to how they are doing with Tennessee. Adidas was instrumental in Tennessee landing DGG.

Ole Miss is moving from Nike to Adidas in a seven-year agreement that will place the Rebels among the apparel company's most prominent college partners.
The agreement is still being finalized, but the switch will occur July 1, 2027, and run through 2034. The total annual value will exceed the $20 million Miami will receive from Nike under the 10-year agreement it recently signed.
Adidas will also provide significant NIL value to Ole Miss athletes as part of the arrangement. The move will end a relationship between Ole Miss and Nike that began in 1999. The university signed its current agreement with Nike in 2015.

I hate this. Adidas uniforms are usually ugly

Nike completely messed up the Ole Miss powder blues in baseball last year which is why we barely wore them. I don't disagree though.

Frankly if they're contributing $10m to NIL annually, they can give us the ugliest unis in football. Ole Miss' colors are pretty fool proof though.

You can’t put maroon and white under any logo and make it look good

Us moving towards the powder blue has helped out our marketing and merchandise sales tremendously. I like our traditional uniforms and colors, don’t get me wrong. But it’s undeniable that the powder blue color combined with our red looks very nice on TV

Adidas is paying Ole Miss nearly a quarter billion dollars to put the adidas logo on their uniform for 9 years.
Crazy times.
