Washington has been using a 60/40 philosophy on hs/portal.
Similar to what you saw Ole Miss do this year.
15-20 HS with 5-10 transfers is probably the sweet spot in this new NIL/transfer world.
Roster management and talent evaluations are going to be a huge part of this thing going forward.
