So the parent went on to say that he called his buddy and left a voice mail informing him he saw his name on the espn ticker. His buddy returned his call and said that he did help tunsill manage money (mentioned the Pell grant funds) and said his buddy told him tunsill used that money to take care of his mom and he (the buddy) also helped manage the account/money. (Pell Grant Money). The parent mentioned the tweets/texts to his buddy and the buddy wasn't concerned because everything was legit.
I haven't kept up with tunsill situation so I don't know if this Farrar person is the "buddy" or if it is someone else. I do remember the parent saying his buddy had ties to USM/Hattiesburg area prior to his hire at OM.

Then why do they even have an investigation process and NOA process if none of that matters at all? Is that all for nothing? There is more structure to this then you want to believe. Schools have millions and millions at steak they are not going to just let a organization take all that away with out an structure to how and why.
