I don't think so. You're just upgrading, not building a cathedral. You're in the top 5 of attendance, it's warranted. Literally 20 years ago, it was only a small step up from a typical high school stadium.

One more thing ... no matter where our fans sit, at least they aren't stupid enough to throw their beer in the air when the home team hits a home run.

I can’t tell from the pics. Is the berm in left field still there. My kids first beer shower happened there (though as an LSU fan it wasn’t good at the time). Good times.

I had quite the beer shower in Baum when the Hogs hit a walk off homer against LSU a few years ago. So I can attest your fans do it too; though it was a walk off at least.

The beer showers are a student section thing. There is a time and place for everything and it’s called college. Not sorry for our students having fun.
