FIU truly is a good team. As you should know if you follow baseball at all, any Florida team is gonna be pretty good. They are obviously a good hitting team, So i think we are still on the right track to win about 18 games in conference play.

Well, their coach can recruit and was at LSU back in their hayday of gorilla ball. I'd imagine he can find some talent down there that can smash. It's a fricking 50K enrollment university ...in SF.
Not too worried about them touching up BW, he gritted it out and luckily had the run support. Our BP did pretty good minus minus my boy Scott Weathersby giving up 2 bombs. Tanner Bailey is a fackin boss.
We had 16 hits and had many in clutch situations, which is always nice to see on the road. Gotta give it to FIU though, they can rake.

I think he was just referring to the amount of talent in South Florida.
I am by no means just trying to pump them up bc they gave us a good game either. I am just stating my observations and giving credit where it's due, they can hit.
Id be willing to put money on them absolutely owning the sun belt this year at the plate.
