Vanderbilt's Tom Moore, who was the other All-SEC running back with Billy Cannon in 1958 and 1959. Signed with the Packers in 1960 and was in my parents' wedding party that summer.

My dad was going through some old stuff and found it and gave it to me. He was at the game.
Trying to get it framed with the SI BCS edition from this year, think that would be pretty cool

My vote for best off-season thread.
After reading that Confessions thread I feared for the future of the SECRant. But this restores the equilibrium.

Shirley Majors, father of Johnny and Bobby.
Coach at Swenaee 1957-1970. I went to 1-3 grade in Sewanee and his wife was my 3rd grade teacher.
Saw lots of games he coached.

And Tiger Chips is what the cool kids ate while drinking their Bengal Punch.

I know a guy who has it in his office. I often threaten to take it.

My 1937 AU vs. UT football program.
I found this next picture to be particularly interesting.
"Ralph Jordan - Freshman Coach, Basketball Coach"
Who knew Jed Clampet Clampett was a gator? I'm still trying to figure out if he actually played football for UF, or if he was just a student. He was originally interested in the medical field.
"Buddy Ebsen, U. of Florida, Now Cinema Favorite"

Huey Long standing in front of a train of Louisiana State University students on their way to a football game. 'Ole War Skule' is a reference to LSU's founding as a military academy after the Civil War.
Huey Long marches with the Louisiana State University band. Long's first step to generate excitement for LSU was to quadruple the size of the marching band.
Huey Long on the gridiron with referees before a Louisiana State University football game. He gave out the first $100 handshake!
Huey Long's love of music and “his university” inspired him to write a number of songs for Louisiana State University, in collaboration with good friend Castro Carazo. These include “Darling of LSU” and “Touchdown for LSU”, which is still played before every LSU football game.
