That's the crazy thing. Jimbo's rant was pure spin in almost every way.
He doesn't deny one thing Saban actually said.
He talks as if Saban said the recruits are at fault (17 year old kids). Only an idiot would believe that based on what he said.
He talks about not cheating. Who said he was cheating?
Should Saban have named A&M and the Jackson State kid outright? Probably not.
But all the shite Jimbo is claming to be upset about, Saban never said or did. And Jimbo can't say he's upset about what Saban actually said because he'd have to say it's not true....and his daddy would slap the shite out of him.

Yes pretty much everything he said was not true.
That’s why he’s getting hammered nationally by the majority. Maybe venture out of your SEC bubble from time to time.
Please go pick other specific people that would have a bias to fit your agenda.

To paraphrase: A&M bought every player in their class. We bought none.
One can quibble about what he meant by bought, but if you think A&M is playing the game differently than Bama (as opposed to just better), then you have really drunk the Bama koolaid.
A&M isn’t offering kids millions to sign, but when the recruits come to campus and interact with the current players, they learn what is available. It wasn’t Jimbo who was bragging about having a QB with no experience getting 7 figure deals for NIL.

Another thought - on why Jimbo was so riled up- have to think, Sabans comments were also possibly a jab to A&M, and to Jimbo personally.
I could see where Jimbo could take it as Saban saying - no way in hell jimbo could beat me in recruiting. That he could recruit that well based on his own ability, much less recruit that well at A&M. Not trying to knock aggie - just a possible interpretation.

Is this not always Saban's pattern ? If he loses ,he blames it on the players, injuries, hurry up offenses, ref call, etc

Interesting and do you have a link for NIL deals for current players prior to this class. Just curious what players had deals in place from last years team. I assume there are some articles out there about it.
