One good thing about coaching at a service academy is you don't have to worry about the portal. Just some normal attrition.

I checked and he was under center but the RB had to come from a long ways and at an angle. Under center works if QB sneak.
My guess is they thought under center would sell out defense to stop QB and then sneak a RB through. But RB was too close to pile to matter.

They should be worried about Navy's depth. Sure Navy has less talent but they are 3 deep at that level at most positions.

It's one thing to be aggressive when your defense is playing poorly, but when the other team can't move the ball, you should take the opportunity to turn a two-score game into a three-score game.
