I don't think this is real, at least not for this season. Pretty sure the transfer portal is closed so while he could say he's going to UGA, he wouldn't be for this upcoming season.
Unless he had already entered the portal and not withdrawn back in April. In that case he could transfer at any time. But if he hadn't done that he wouldn't be able to transfer to another school until December (for the 2025 season).

When the game is still in doubt, UGA tends to pass more than they run.
They don't keep passing when they get up big. Usually once UGA gets up 3 scores or has enough of a lead to end the game by bleeding time, they go to a run out the clock offense. But up until they get that lead they pass more than they run.
Their season stats get skewed because they get up on their opponents fairly relatively often. They end up even in pass/run attempts when they play a game they win by 10 or less like they did with Mizzou and Auburn last year. But in games they win handily like Ole Miss, Tennessee or FSU? A lot more runs than passes simply because they run out the clock.
