The difference is that LSU has quality wins and more than anyone else and is better than any one loss Pac 12 or Big 12 champ.
Bama had no quality wins this year and was trying to get in with a win over Auburn.
UGA with one loss has quality wins and they are already above Utah and Oklahoma and Baylor and so was Bama before losing to Auburn.
The difference is that LSU has quality wins and more than anyone else and is better than any one loss Pac 12 or Big 12 champ.
