We are a little more sophisticated than just "dump pass". But you are correct. He is a matchup nightmare for linebackers.
Arrow. Angle. Wheel. Line him up on the sideline for a go route. Screen. And yes... the occasional checkdown.

Yeah, I prefer the way LSU fans do it many years...
They just disappear... You can state you're 'going hunting, or horseback riding... Gulf coast fishing or Skeet shooting' until after the game is played.

I pretty much agree with your assessment.
Our pass defense will likely be exposed because we haven't been able to get enough pressure on good QB's without blitzing which leaves openings over the middle.
Bennett will have to have the best game of his career to win this game.
Monken should have Bennett roll out early and often with options to hand off, pitch out, run or pass to receivers who block and the slough off blocks to get open.
We scored 50 vs LSU and will probably have to score at least that again to win.
And yes, I am also less optimistic than most of our fans but I try to be objective about our strengths and weaknesses.

I think Buster is like Monken in that he has been a part of several systems (air raid at valdosta, spread at MTTSU.
He's been WR heavy at some stops and TE heavy at others. Not much of a run game at with either of them (spread passing principles).
