Where do these talking heads get the idea that we are replacing SEVEN starters on defense?
Here is the CURRENT starting 11 on defense and how many starts they had last season:
DE - Obioha (12)
DT - Williams (1)
NT - Ennis (11)
DE - Stansbury (0)
LB - Jenkins (12)
LB - Baggs (2)
LB - Sanders (0)
CB - Everett (12)
CB - Harris (8)
FS - Raven (0)
SS - Matthews (7)

Schlabach knows better than this.. Just stirring the pot a little. LSU at 16 is a bad joke, though. Not even a good troll.

LSU at 16 is not an atrocity in my opinion. I would have them at at least inside the top 15, but LSU has to give the country a reminder of why they are perennially ranked high this year, or they risk moving down a tier.

I know how you feel man. I also said that when we played them in the super dome for the natty too, and we won earlier in the year. Saban will be ready to go in dry.

They may end up being better but not from day 1. I mean how can anyone put any team ahead of Bama based on what the teams have proven
No idea about Washington's height; I thought he was in the 6'5'' range. I thought he was a little taller than spence

Wishful thinking on the media's part.
There is a desperate longing for somebody, ANYBODY outside the SEC to be legit.
Last year it was USC, this year looks to be Ohio State.
If Ohio State is lucky enough to scrap through their pitiful schedule undefeated again next year I fully expect them to receive a Notre Dame style BCS Championship arse kicking by whoever they play, probably an SEC team LDO.

Auburn needs to schedule Ohio State, Urban Meyer can never beat Auburn for some weird reason and I can't stand seeing him get this much hype every year
