Feldman over ESPN. Feldman wrote a book with Leach and ESPN fired him for it. Feldman's source is the man himself, imo.

If that's the word, then y'all might have to reign his arse in a little bit. Maybe make him a privateer attached to the Vol Navy. Legitimized piracy.

Oddly enough Feldman has been our man in terms of leaking hires and fires for a while now. He gets UT hiring news before local media and other national media.

I’ve been told by a Washington St. source Leach to Tennessee is “really close and should be done on Friday.”
He added “it sucks for the players, they love him, but they’ve heard rumors of him leaving (for Ole Miss) for a month & a half, they expected it (him leaving)”

A Washington St player has told me that they’ve been told to “wait for their coaches to let them know what is going on w/ Leach & Tennessee.” Coaches also told players “nothing is certain AT THIS TIME”...but the players expect him to leave for Vols

I love Mike Leach. He’s treated my nephew well at Wazzu & I think he’s a treasure in CFB. I hope Tennessee fans/alum treat him well, he’s a brilliant offensive mind, one like they’re not used too (b/c he’s so different). SEC Media Day is gonna be FUN for media!
