Just because Alabama has an awesome program, and Ole Miss has a crappy one, doesn't mean that Bama fans are not loyal.

We've found at least 3 or 4 that have us top 20 using different formulas. You should be able to find a few with us outside then

Give me a break. Alabama fans are not loyal. Period. All you care about is football, for starters. You have some of the worst support for your other athletic programs in the SEC. Most of your "fans" bought a jersey at Wal-Mart and declared their allegiance when Saban started winning. Where were those fans during the Shula years? Where are those same fans during baseball season, or during basketball season?

The first one I clicked on I had you just outside of the top 20.

LINK

Like I said, i'm okay with you claiming to be a top 20 team, but I just don't know if I would use the word consensus, that's all.

Alabama added 10,000 seats onto the stadium with Shula as coach. Not sure who pissed in your Cheerios but you sound a miserable bitch.

Expanding Bryant-Denny, filling it up, and traveling better than Ole Miss fans have ever done in their best years?

Not us, unfortunately. Too many of our fans only care about fricking basketball and most of the fans that do pay attention to football only care when we're winning.

I'd honestly say we're a pretty close to the bottom. Sure we have no bandwagon fans, but Ole Miss fans will leave the stadium in a heartbeat in order to go to the Grove if things aren't going their way, they're murdering an opponent, or they run out of whiskey.

Arky has to be near the top. They keep going to the games even though Bert eats all the concessions.

Agreed. Ole Miss is loyal to 2 things: booze and bitches. Take away one of those 2 things, and we're not showing up to the games. We seem to be a long suffering fanbase, but not as much as you think, since we can drink and frick our problems away, and then forget about it almost immediately. There's a reason why the town's motto is "we may not win every game, but we've never lost a party."

Arky doesn't have this luxury and typically obsesses with their failures never letting them go. I liked living in Fayetteville, but it was clear they were completely obesessed with former wrongs and glory. When they asked me how much I hated Houston Nutt, and I tell them that I don't give a shite about Nutt, then they get all pissed. Ole Miss has a superiority complex while Arky has an inferiority complex. Sure our football program has a rough history, I don't give a shite about basketball, and my only real problem feeling inferior about is not going to Omaha under Bianco, but that was corrected this week and we're shockingly the second most tenured team to go to the CWS this year. The truth is I wouldn't trade our environment and culture for anything, and that's honestly where 90% of Ole Miss' fans true allegiance rests.

Tennessee's fans are as loyal as anyone's

Or either their attendance figures announcers are the best liars in the SEC.

These past couple of years they've sort of reminded me of Clemson attendance figures during the Tommy West years when even recruits would look up into the stands and laugh.

Gotta give it to the taterheads though, and I'm not sure if Tennessee has done this yet or not, but when they replaced all of the black and stainless seats with orange seats - that was a stroke of genius to make it look like there were more people than there actually were.

Edited to add sold out stadium picture of Neyland.
