I'm pretty sure some of Herschel's personalities didn't go to Clarke-Athens University either.

Video link here of Dawgs' 4-OT thrilling win with Bobo, Champ Bailey and Hines Ward starring in the 100th Meeting in the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry.

In 1996, the two teams played in the first Southeastern Conference football game to go into overtime. First-year head coach Jim Donnan's team, which finished 5-6, was down 28-7 at halftime, before rallying to tie it at 28-28 on a 30 yard touchdown as time expired from Mike Bobo to Cory Allen, and Georgia went on to win 56-49 in four overtimes. This game, known to Georgia fans as the "Miracle on the Plains," was also famous for the incident in which Uga V lunged at Auburn wide receiver Robert Baker after a first quarter touchdown.

Interesting stats from GeorgiaDogs.com:

As Georgia faces Auburn in the next installment of The Deep South's Oldest Rivalry I look at some of the vitals to this match-up. We all know that in this tight series, Auburn leads overall 54-52-8 in games and they have been playing against each other since 1892. It was also Georgia's 2nd game ever and Auburn's 1st ever game. That game was played in Atlanta at Piedmont Park. But do you know that Atlanta is just 1 of 7 different cities or towns this game has been played? Here are all of them and who leads the series in each site.

In Columbus, Georgia 39 games Georgia leads 21-16-2
In Athens, Georgia 29 games Auburn leads 18-11
In Auburn, Alabama 26 games Georgia leads 14-10-2
In Atlanta, Georgia 12 games Auburn leads 5-4-3
In Macon, Georgia 4 games series tied 2-2
In Savannah, Georgia 2 games Auburn leads 1-0-1
In Montgomery, Alabama 2 games Auburn leads 2-0

This the CBS Intro to the 2004 AU/GA game. Gameday was in Auburn that day, and went to the game, sat on 40 yd line about 8 rows up on GA's side...I could see the bulldog on David Pollack's mouthpiece lol

This was one of the best days of my life. War Eagle.

what was Aaron Murray doing during his off week?

Checking in with the Georgia Bulldogs on their bye week:

1. Aaron Murray grew 1/1250th of an inch last weekend. This recent growth spurt has jet-propelled him to the 5'9" range. Jet-propelled is the proper term, just look at his hair (all jetted up and shite).

2. CMR upped his stay at Electric Beach from 21 to 22 minutes. He is now "Caramel" according to Maybelline.

3. Blair Walsh was 0/3 from within 30 yards.

4. Todd Grantham accelerated while driving down S Lumpkin so that he wouldn't have to stop for an old woman at the cross walk.

5. Isaiah Crowell cranked dat soulja boy (WA ME DOOOO)

Good. She should've recognized Grantham's car and never attempted to cross his path or alter his plans for the day in the first place.

Crowell is about to learn a valuable lesson. If you mess with the Bull you get the horns.

Love the shite out of that intro. Watch it at least 12 times throughout the off-season.
This one isn't bad either, from the same year
