FTR this will be the first time since Boise that we've entered a game with a full complement of fully healthy players on our defense.

I'm megapumped about our defense for this game. I think Auburn is going to have a really hard time moving the ball unless they resort to some trick plays or we can't stop a damn wheel route.

Auburn's gonna make that arse quit. You've been sleepwalking and you're having your sugarcrash from all the gumdrops and marshmallows sprinkled along the road to the SEC East.

I expect Georgia to come out unfocused and undisciplined. Won't make it out of the first quarter without a UGA PF.

Yeah, the east is on the line, we're playing at home against our oldest rival in a revenge game from last year...but we won't be focused.

Just because you have reason to be focused doesn't mean you will be. Georgia's proven more than capable of that.

Then what is your reasoning for us being unfocused, or are you just taking a shot in the dark? Knowing the storylines and everything at stake, I think it's far more likely we'll be focused than not.

Both teams will have a personal foul by the end of the first quarter...It's going to be a nasty game

It is just my bold prediction, based on the general theme of a lack of focus/discipline the past 3-4 years.

You would have thought being preseason #1 would have kept you focused with what was at stake. You would have thought you wouldn't let a loss in division to USC (2010) start a slide through the first half of the season. Your players started fights and entered the field of play from the sideline during garbage time at the end of the Auburn game.

Funny, Auburn players never left the sideline.

ETA: And you can deny it all you want, but you've lost to the only 2 decent teams you've played.

that would seem like a logical assumption, but if you've watched us this year you'd plainly see that this is a different team than the last few years. We are much more disciplined, both penalty and fundamental wise, than recent teams.

So losing to better teams = unfocused? Bama and florida were simply better than us. We should've beat tech but didn't, but I don't know how being #1 and subsequently losing games means we were unfocused.

We went 6-7, we clearly weren't a very good football team. Again I don't see what simply losing games has to do with our "focus".

Nah, they did all their dirty work from the field.

NOOB ALERT!!! Thought this might be the best place for my first post. Mostly friendlies on this thread.
Fan profile:
UGA fan since 1971. Hate Auburn. Pull for Bama as long as their interests don't conflict w/ UGA's. Like Bama because they hate Auburn as much as I do. Old enough to still feel that Tech is our biggest rival. Grew up when were having our way with Florida. Went to Herschel's first game in Knoxvegas. Grew up in Rome, GA and know the Muschamp family (Name dropper!!)Hard to pull against Will but not so much against UGA. Not near enough UGA fans on this site. With that said, let me have it...

Hey Auburn mags...

Speaking of which, we finally got Reed and Blake back OM game for the first time since Week 4...we all see how that went over.

Our offense will be much better than what you guys have seen.

I've got respect for Murray and lord knows he can take a hit but I still find this slightly amusing.

Well you helped make my other point for me. If Auburn wins, was it because you were unfocused, or you weren't very good? You've played a crap schedule compared to most teams in the SEC, and have scraped by any team with a pulse.

I feel like Georgia could just as easily be riding a bubble against bad competition. I will eat my crow if I need to Saturday.

Yall just haven't looked good against anybody besides the obvious NMST.
