I don't think they can throw the ball well enough to win. I could see it being a close game, but my hunch is it will end up more like 30-10.

Here's the skinny.....Miss.St. is a well improved team from last year.Dan Mullen is the best coach they have seen in a while..give him time he will make a difference.They have a very good run defense.If Alabama can get the passing game going Miss. St. doesent stand a chance Alabama's QB needs to improve however Al. has one of the best RB's in the country.My prediction is this.It will be a close game but we are Alabama and they are Miss. St. BAMA 34 ST. 17

Dixon is one of the best. But his teams defense isn't like Bama's D. That being said, State has an outside shot

I think we hang for 3 quarters. If I was Alabama, I would pound and pound away with Ingram and Richardson alternating series. Throw an occasional flare to JJ and Maize. By the 4th, our depth is paramount. Alabama get 3 TDs in the 4th quarter and wins going away at the end - 38 - 14

Late in the game, MSU will have an obvious interception of a McElroy pass called a non-catch...will also not be overturned by replay despite divotal evidence to the contrary.
