LSU admins are about to look like geniuses. I thought for sure sticking with Wade with all the audio tapes etc was a mistake long term.Turns out the ncaa is defunct or impotent and Lsu knew it already.

Apparently, when Woodward appear after Alleva got fired, LSU told the NCAA to go pound sand that if we go they are all going with us. Administration supports Wade,

I've been a proponent of the theory that the NCAA's current model of punishment is via agonizing delay.
Assuming that's true, in these cases, they almost seem to have outrun the ability to deal any real damage, as a lot of these staffs have turned over, programs have self-imposed, NIL has now come into play, etc.
That's obviously not the case with Wade, but as an outside observer, I'm starting to believe that nothing of substance will actually happen in any of these cases.

since it let North Carolina skate free after
years of cheating in the greatest academic scandal
in the history of the organization.
