Welcome to the Nutt House!

That Tee is probably tucked near the Lunney Jr. jersey with the huge hogs on the shoulders, I haven't felt a need to search for either in a long time, but I'm sure they are still in my possession.

One day the Lunney jersey will be framed and put on display...

The quote follows the lines of "I only want kids who love the helmet" when being questioned about his sub-par recruiting many years ago.

Also, because this post game interview is etched permanently into my brain:

Chuck: What about the play for the winning TD?

Nutt: Did you see that play Chuck?!

Chuck: Yeah I...

Nutt: It was a called play!

Chuck: Wel...

Nutt: AND I CALLED IT!!!!! I called a lot of good plays today

Chuck: You most certainly did, I'll let you go celebrate with the team...

This was after beating an Orgeron Ole Miss team...

Yeah, he greatly underestimated this figure.

The terrorist won, the program is now back to how it was 30 years ago...

Wasn't Muschamp the guy if Petrino backed out?

If so then it was an upgrade either way it went.

I agree you that Nutt underachieved in '07 but I don't know what more he could have possibly done in 2006. Arkansas started the season 10-1 and won a loaded SEC West (Auburn and LSU both went 11-2 that year). Also, all four of their losses came to teams that finished the season ranked in the top 5 in the Coaches Poll (top 7 in the AP Poll).

Muschamp was leverage, like we have a guy who will be here tomorrow. It could be you, but we will not wait for you to finish your current job as we need someone here now...
