Is it just me or are his arms too long for the rest of his body? His wingspan doesn’t seem proportional.

What I like is that apparently ND shot this trying to be cool. But then, hey at least someone there had the awareness to realize, holy shite this is terrible and we can't release it. Then he leaves and they're like remember that cringey shite we had to act like never existed? Leak that shite

Academic restrictions my arse. Unless and until ND, Vandy and the like publish the the actual data the academic argument is BS. I've a friend whose son signed with Vandy and this kid was academically average at best.

LSU is used to having top 3-5 classes. Top 20 is not good, and if you can't recruit at ND....

The “academic restrictions” are you have to maintain a 2.0 instead of a 1.8.

"Coach, your defense doesn't seem to be the same as we've come accustomed to seeing, where do your fixes come from in the second half"?
"Maybe ALABAMA doesn't come back in the second half. It's all ALABAMA."

It's good to see he was at least doing this prior to going to LSU. I thought he was just trying to fit in. But it turns out he really is a dork LOL

Apparently Bk either drinks a lot or does meth.

The disadvantage was having BK as a coach. Saban could win multiple titles at ND.

…in his prime. Before Notre Dame tightened admissions requirements for athletes in the early 2000’s.

The truth is, that Notre Dame’s academic requirements for football players is considerably lower than what is perceived. Take a look at the top 300 recruits each year and check out who Notre Dame offers. They absolutely are unable to offer a few kids, and some are just missing out in one degree or another (core classes). It’s not as bleak as one may think.

Not true.

In 1993, the last year the Irish made a serious attempt at the National Championship, changes were all ready in motion. Notre Dame wanted a new image. In 1993 regular students averaged 1220 on their SAT's, and the football team averaged 899.
quote:
Today, the average student scores just under 1400 on the SAT, and the average football player scores 1025.
To give you an example why it might be more difficult for Notre Dame to recruit, just look at the University of Florida. The Gators, who won the National championship in 2008, were reported by the Atlanta Journal Constitution to have average SAT scores of 890, in a study released the same year.
