LSU is the best job for the most varied amount of candidates. USC is the best job for a specific type of coach who is good at and knows how to use the things they have. Florida has had 2 straight coaching searches where the top coaches available sniffed around and said no thanks, but the positives are clear as day (recruiting, lackluster division outside of UGA, league, etc.).
And nobody will mention it but I think the Washington job is a great job.

Both are top tier jobs that a coach can win an natty at
The lack of in state competition for recruits is a big plus for LSU but playing in East is a big plus for UF

Frost was not ever choosing UF over Nebraska and Chip Kelly prefers the west coast.

Urban Myer would probably jump all over that

Franklin would be stupid to go to Southern Cal

UF is the better job. Not sure if they’ll pay more for the better hire or not.

I think Napier is the guy Florida should target starting this morning and lock down ASAP.

Surely they can do better than the coach at ULL
Florida should be able to poach a coach from a power 5 school

Napier is a stud I think. He’s coached under a lot of great coaches and he’s dominated at ULL

Napier is a pretty unique G5 coach though in that he has built it, sustained it and has serious bonified recruiting chops both at the highest level (Alabama) and the lower level (ULL).
There's always a G5 to P5 risk, but I'd look at him and his background as negating a lot of that.
