Why poor road? You'd be pleased with a coach nearly destroying your program?
FWIW, I defended that bum for longer than most everyone. I was misguided.
I did want it to work for him here.
I guess I should be more mad a Foley.

'm not looking for old press conferences but I'm assuming that you didn't hear him during many pressers during his failure at UF.
You are going to have to trust me on this one. I've never lied to you.
He actually surprised everyone last year when he wouldn't support Saban's and Berts "10 Second Rule".

The Gators are on the AU hate bandwagon.
Muschamp has done his job.

That's what I'm saying. He should'nt have given a career coordinator the HC job. And he should've fired his arse after GA Southern. He also gave him that buyout. I doubt Muschamp wanted to fail in his first HC gig and be fired.

He's a bulldog. Of course he wanted to fail at uf.

I understand the anger Florida fans have at Muschamp. You did fire him. And I did not watch every Florida game, but to say that equated to him doing a bad job on defense is disingenuous.
It was clearly the putrid offense that kept Florida down, giving the ball back to opponents way too quickly. All of this lies at the feet of the head coach, but it does not correlate to his aptitude as a defensive coordinator.

Will he head to the Falcons with Dan Quinn? Or will he go to the Seahawks and take over from where Dan Quinn left off?
Or he can just run the Auburn program into the ground too. I will be okay with that.
So what you are saying is that NFL teams want him, but he can't handle D's in the college game? Makes perfect sense.

In what way did Muschamp maximize talent at Florida or Texas, he took a bunch of talent he was given put out good but by no means overachieving defenses and then when he left those teams had less talent since he didn't recruit as well as his predecessors.
Hell, Muschamp put out at best equal defenses to the person he replaced at Florida.
FL won 11 games Muschamps first year because of the D. UM was 7-6 the year before, with a very average D. I would say he upgraded that Defense.
Um.... Florida went 8-5 the year before Muschamp came, then immediately had its worst season in 25 years under his leadership, he followed this up with a fluky 11-2 season, the proceeded to have Florida's worst season in 35 years before rebounding with yet another off year at 7-5.
Seriously, I know it makes AU fans feel better to pretend that Muschamp was learning on the job and was forced out by ungrateful fans, but just looking at the facts on the ground he was arguably the worst SEC coach of the 21st century- John L Smith and Derek Dooley levels of incompetence, wasted talent and poor roster management.

Actually time of possesion was basically the only Muschamp's offenses were good for (by design, he basically said he wanted to make every game a slow ground out game in which the defense wins) if anything the offense inflated Muschamp's defensive stats in the same way say Oregon has a good to great per play defense but mediocre ypg needs due to the number of possessions they defend.

Where do I think he goes? I think he goes to Waffle House and relishes the taste of a hot waffle and of a job well done.

Muschamp proved he is not ready to run a program. He has also proven he damn sure knows how to run a D.

Alabama's 645 total yards was the most the Gators have allowed.
I sure hope he runs this kind of defense for you.

You can cherry pick a game here or there all you want. He has had something like ten top 10 D's in twelve years. Auburn put up over 600 yards on bama. Does that mean saban/smart can't coach D?

Yall should be mad at your AD not Muschamp. That dude is a flying baffoon for putting your new coch In the position he did.
