Why on Earth should they make it in if they've already lost to a playoff team? WTF is up with Bama fans and second chances? If you don't win your conference, you just shouldn't get into the playoffs regardless.

I'm just waiting for the year when the B1G gets two teams in while the SEC champ sits at home. The hypocritical howls will be hilarious.

The Notre Dame name is strong and always has been.

Notre Dame will lose to the first "playoff team they play by 20+ points.

They are way overmatched.

The NCAA has to stop giving Notre Dame a pass on not being in a division.

I understand there's been a few times a playoff team was not in a championship game (Alabama last year), but they have to join a conference if they want to join the party.

Btw, Dame has one loss in them this year, and once that happens the playoff talk for them is over.
