You can't see the legs clearly tho, that's the issue. I think's a bad call but I think it's par for the course with how reviews go.

that angle actually isn't that bad. i think it was a TD
There's no think about it, it's pretty much definitive proof.
The vast majority of the intertoobs right now agrees.

That angle makes it pretty obvious.

They do it all the time.. they can sync up two different angles. It's common sense.
Refs gonna refs. I'm certain the REC is involved somehow someway.

There is no PAC 12 official conspiracy. The bottom line, you don't get yourself in a place where you have to have a ref make a judgment call. End of play, move on.

I agree, but common sense doesn't come into play on reviews.

Those announcers were idiots thinking that it should have not been overturned

That was a horrible call. LSU is already playing without a QB, now they have to deal with the refs. That was straight shite. You could have looked at the time stamp on different angles and clearly seen that he crossed before his knees touched.

put sensors in the ball and put detectors on each end of hte endzone so a giant light goes off when the ball crosses the plane

Actually.. it does. They routinely sync up angles.

Every football stadium in the country should have 4 cameras permanently afexed to be perfectly pointed down the goal line on both sides at all times.
I'd argue for your 4 planted at ground level with a field of view looking showing a few feet above the line, either on or close to the sideline, and another 4 on posts far enough outside to be safe but giving an angle down from above, and still aimed exactly down the line.
Photo-finishes have been a thing in horse races since what, the 30's? No reason at all why we couldn't get an exact call on a lot more of these plays, even if we can't guarantee they'll always give an answer.
