After all those bullshite calls last night. Act like you’ve been there before Texas. You fricking bums

This narrative that there were blatantly bad calls last night is odd.
There were a couple of bad ones, like any game but nothing super crazy.
If you disagree, I'd submit that you don't actually understand the rules.

I know LSU and aggy have a "special relationship" built over the last decade or so, but making a thread for this after aggy whipped your arse mere hours ago isn't a good look swamp tigah.

Tell me you haven’t been around this neck of the woods very long without telling me you haven’t been around very long.

Yo - throwing a WR out of the game for a man sized block on a TD run was bullshite

Besides the blind side not really being blindside, was a weak targeting call. If that’s offensive targeting, it should be called more often.
They weren’t blantently bad just odd as they occurred well away from the ball and play. Typically they aren’t called given they didn’t influence the play in any way. Yet, still no trash thrown.

I don't disagree but by the letter of the law, it was a good call.
You may disagree with the rule but to say it was a "bad call" is ignorant.

You got snookered by the team affiliation.
It happens.
It happens.

Have you ever seen it called in this way?

I hope Elko calls the league office on that. Absolutely was NOT a blindside block and didn't look like targeting either.
He screwed up and stood over the defender which was stupid and not good sportsmanship but is not a penalty.
All the Coaches need to start pushing back on this stuff.

They'll just tell him that it was a good call, based on the rule.

I was disappointed that Bama fans didn't rush the field and tear down their goalposts after they beat us like a drum.
Probably too far to carry goalposts to the Black Warrior River.

We don't call it that any more.
It is now known as the Indigenous Tribesmen of African Descent Who Fight River.

There were some B.S. calls, but we also got away with a few.
#5 Turner was literally on some kind of roid rage for at least two series. He was a man out of control and could have had two more PF calls against him if the refs wanted.
What I liked about this game though:
I don't think there were any pass interference calls either way. Not so much that they were letting them play, because there weren't that many type plays, but I like that they stayed out of it and didn't make b.s. calls when there wasnt any.

Not a blindside block which this is a very weak example of. Offensive targeting ?
Near as I can tell it’s been called maybe 3-4 times in 11 years of the targeting rule.
