Yeah that's true. Sark still has some growing to do as a head coach but next year will answer a lot of questions about him. I'm interested to see if he'll change up his offense to take advantage of arch's strengths.
Then again play design ihas never really been a problem for him. play calling needs to improve for sure

One thing I look forward to about Arch - is he can get passionate and get that fire in the belly going. Ewers can't do that. And we need it.

I have been saying that all season. Absolutely

How'd Tennessee do in their playoff game?

Yeah A&M, OU, Arky all suck. It’s not our fault your team is dog water. Look in the mirror.

Tejas damn sure isn't worn down from their SEC schedule. That's for sure.

Kirby has done a great job at Georgia. Georgia losing this year does not change that. Texas is also very good, I don’t take them lightly one bit. It is hard to stay on top for the long term, especially in today’s NIL/transfer portal era. All of us are going to be affected by this, it is just a matter of time.

Kind of like tech before the uga game, am I right?

I’ll tell you the truth, I’m a little confused by your tactics.

Ironic that you find this funny when the Vols have struggled to reach 10 points against UGA for the last 4 seasons. Both years you scored 17 were VERY late TDs while we were on cruise control

As a fan of two SEC teams it would be flat embarrassing to me if I made all the EXCUSES for SEC football teams this year that I’ve read in this thread. EXCUSES are for failures. Everybody gets knocked down, but some can’t admit they just weren’t good enough. If you are prepared for whatever your task is and you still fail, don’t make excuses. Fix the problem.
Fortunately for Texas there will be referees on the field for their game against Ohio State, so Texas fans are saying, “So you’re saying there is a chance.”

Tech didn’t have a month off dumbass. More like two extra days. We played NC State the previous Thursday night.

I agree w OP. Honestly I was surprised ND was that fast. I didn’t think they’d be able to get to the edge like that.
But nothing but respect for the Dawgs. SEC Champs.

A month ago yall were begging Ross to fire Ryan Day, now you’re puffing your chest out. Am I supposed to be impressed that y’all beat a historically soft Oregon program and a Tenner program that everyone saw was fraudulent?

It’s not the wins and losses so much as the attrition. Georgia had missing pieces. Texas didn’t.
Texas lost their RB1 and RB2 in August. Texas lost their two tackles vs Aggie (one of which will be a top10-15 pick). Ewers tore an oblique and hasn’t played the same since. Not making excuses but you’re simply talking out of your arse.

You think this was a grind? Just wait until you play through a good SEC year and don’t have an SEC-lite schedule.
Still not sure what this means. The only team I’d be concerned with playing is Georgia. Who else do you think Texas can’t match up with?
