Again, Smart and his family were not paid according to what they stated to the ncaa investigators when interviewed. Apparently, the ncaa believed them and he was cleared to play. Naz Ried also denies being paid. If either were paid the amount that has been rumored it will be easy to disprove them.

Wade is allegedly heard on tape discussing an amount but isnt specific. If Smart and Reid or their families didn’t receive improper benefits then who did? (I do believe somebody was paid)

Do you think Wade actually had 300k to pay their asking price or do you think a 3rd party was involved? If the players didn’t receive the money, do you think a 3rd party was paid.

I don’t think the difference is as big as you believe.

Your coach is involved because it's about getting players to come to your school.

Baw, they knew they were recording calls with coaches. It was the exact point. Because Dawkins was extorting various universities. Yes, the shoe companies are very much involved and an even bigger player in all this. But for you to pretend they didn’t realize they were going to catch him talking to coaches makes no sense, considering that was his entire scheme.

And show me where in anything I’ve said is twisting the narrative to benefit LSU. That also makes 0 sense.

He’s saying it involves only the players and not the teams. That is quite literally fricking wrong and also makes 0 sense. Idk how anyone could gather that from this investigation. They have numerous coaches on tape yet it’s just a coincidence? this old man is a beneficiary of a fantastic economy, and nothing else. No way he could retire in today’s times where it actually takes brains.

Every time I meander over to the SECR I see the same 3 or 4 posters talking about Will Wade.

You just did.
The agent's wire was tapped, not the coach. Tell us exactly HOW the agent was "extorting" universities?..had the schools done something wrong regarding the shoe companies?
You've taken a situation and "twisted" it to accuse the schools of misconduct with the agents and shoe companies..now THAT makes 0 sense.

...and you've got no clue as to how ridiculous that statement makes you look...I retired 19 years ago at the age of 53. What's your status?

"They have numerous coaches on tape yet it’s just a coincidence?"
.........................................................

What's so unusual about coaches and agents conversing on the phone? A better question is- of all these "numerous" coaches they have on tape, how many were heard talking about offers they'd made to players?
How about getting back to me with an answer.
