Elko is a dud. Their 6th choice for HC after chasing Day and Kiffin and others.
I say he is gone in the middle of his third season.
Starters, really good ones, are in the portal.
Elko will be too busy blowing through buffets in the cafeteria than recruiting.

I'm not sure why they don't just hire Ed Orgeron? He'll at least win them a Championship before driving the program off a cliff.
